Registration Process

Submit the NOC Certificate With employee names who wants to register their vehicle at Oilfields Supply center L T D
Diplomatic valid National ID and official letter from the foreign ministry
A Letter of no objection from the (Jebel Ali ) Jafza and Dubai Technology and media free zone authority for companies located in of them
To register the trailer , inspection is required and the trailer document and the insurance is required ,( Insurance is not required )
GCC Certified document is required if the custom certificate state that the vehicle is non GCC complained
Classic cars are inspected in Automobile and Touring Club of the UAE
Vehicle need to be inspected if its imported or transferred from another emirate
Mortgage letter (in case vehicle is still under mortgage)
Vehicle insurance
Official letter in Arabic language from the company attached with a copy of the trade license
Presence of the concerned party or a legal representative
Original Emirates ID and copy of passport copy with valid Visa Page for residency from Dubai and other Emirates
For Locals and GCC citizens valid passport copy is required
For Locals and GCC citizens Emirates ID is required
Customs certificate, possession, transfer or export , Replacement of export certificate( To whom it may concern letter.

Fees vary based on the size of plate number ,fees for short plate AED 35, fees for long plate AED 50
